Looking Back at the 2025 Growing Season
As we move toward the 2026 season, I’m looking back at the entries for the Free Cannabis Seed Garden Contest…2025. Most people think I’m just looking for the biggest colas. And, that is important…but there is more to growing cannabis then just the end result.
I’m looking for those that love the plant. I want to see how you managed your site… how you handled the grow… and how you maintained the integrity of the strain. Great growers know that the final weight is really secondary to the health of the genetics, how did the strain preform?.
I’ve seen some precarious grows that survived only through luck. I’m looking for the grower who used logic and experience to navigate the season. If you’re entering the next round, show me your soil prep and share how you care for your plants. That’s what wins in my book.
